Frequently Asked Questions

How fast does a system pay for itself?

For Gujarat factories buying power at ₹7.5–9 a unit, typical payback is 3–4 years. Homes land around 4 years with the PM Surya Ghar subsidy. After that, generation is essentially free for the remaining 20+ years of panel life.

How much roof do I need?

Roughly 80–100 sq ft per kW for standard modules. A 5 kW home system needs about 500 sq ft of shadow-free roof; a 1 MWp industrial plant needs around a lakh square feet, sheds included.

What happens at night, or in monsoon?

You stay connected to the grid. Net metering banks your daytime surplus with the DISCOM and offsets it against night-time use. Monsoon months generate 40–60% of peak; our annual estimates already account for it.

How much maintenance does solar actually need?

Very little, but not none. Cleaning every two to three weeks and an annual electrical health-check protect your generation. Our O&M plans handle all of it, with real numbers reported monthly.

Do you offer financing?

Yes. We work with partner banks and NBFCs for capex loans, and for larger commercial roofs we can structure opex/PPA models where you pay per unit generated instead of buying the system outright.
